Manali to Leh


This road trip is spectacular and is a once a lifetime experience that should be experienced by oneself. Lethal, exciting bends in the road, the snow-topped mountains, beautiful valleys, dynamite scenes, and shocking cloisters will zest up your excursion. The journey between Manali and Leh is approximately 478 kilometres (297 miles) and should be travelled in two days. You can take rest in between at Keylong and Sarchu to acclimate to very high altitudes.

Darjeeling to Pelling

Beautiful tea gardens, grandeur mountains, and breathtaking landscapes all across is a sight to remember during this trip on the road. Darjeeling and Pelling are 72 kilometres (44 miles), driven in about four hours. Sip tea in small shops which offer the most delicious tea throughout the journey and enjoy local food at small food joints present throughout. The road is smooth, making it a very comfortable ride without any bumps.

The Golden Triangle (Delhi–Agra–Jaipur)

This journey binds three beautiful and historic cities together, Jaipur, Delhi, and Agra through NH8. This Road trip can give you some of your best photos and educate and make you experience the rich culture of these cities and the surrounding area. This trip encompasses a distance of 449 kilometres (279 miles), which can be covered in seven hours. Expand it out to four or five days, and visit the historical marvels in between like Jama Masjid and Mughal Red Fort to wonders of Agra like Taj Mahal and to Jaipur, The Pink City check out City Palace, the fantastic and inspiring architecture of Hawa Mahal and incredible Amer Fort. One can also shop for traditional Rajasthan clothes and jewellery at famous local bazaars. Kolkata to Digha

A quick beach gateway from Kolkata that you will surely enjoy. This awe-inspiring stretch of 184 kilometres (114 miles) is lined with lush trees and scenic landscapes that will open wide open drivers. Digha can be reached from Kolkata within four hours via NH16 and NH116B, and there are plenty of small food joints and dhabas along the way to keep your energy up. While in Digha, enjoy the sun on the beach, feast on delicious seafood, enjoy the spectacular skies on the beach or go for a horse ride in the side waters.


Best time to go: July–March


Shimla to Manali via Mandi

This road trip is especially for those who are always camera-ready or who love a good picturesque view. Manali is only 247 kilometres (153 miles) from Shimla, which can be covered in seven hours. With stunning valleys on one side and beautiful mountains on another, it will surely leave the travels spellbound for an extended period.

Siliguri To Sikkim Via Darjeeling



You should start this road trip from Siliguri, from there, you can drive to Darjeeling's marvellous town.
